Liam, Tierney, and Grunlich make their way to Fiaglen. Because Liam is half human, he cannot freely enter the gates. He must face a challenge and survive Samhain's night.

The Hunter pursues his quarry, but the Wild Hunt drives them straight to Liam's hiding place.
